How orders work
Sillage composes and bottles scents in small annual batches. A sample request submitted through the site is not an automated purchase — the maison replies with current availability and pricing for the scent you’re asking about, and full bottles are arranged directly by email.
Batch limits
Published annual quantities are our current batch-size estimate for that scent and may shift with material availability — natural raw materials, in particular, are subject to harvest variation year to year.
Formula changes
We disclose when a formula has changed due to regulatory (IFRA) restrictions or raw-material availability. We do not silently reformulate a scent without noting it.
Ownership of composition
Formulas and their exact material lists remain Sillage’s property; a purchase conveys the finished scent, not the formula itself, unless agreed separately in writing.
