Sillage is an independent perfume house. This policy covers the personal data we collect when a visitor browses the collection or requests a discovery set through the site.
What we collect
The sample-request form collects your name, email, an optional shipping note, and an optional message. We also record your IP address for a few minutes to throttle spam submissions — that record expires automatically. We don’t run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
How your request is handled
Submitting the form emails the maison directly — it isn’t stored in a public database. We use it to arrange your discovery set and keep it only as long as needed to help with your request.
Your rights
Email us any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
